ONE-ON ONE REFORMER TRAINING IS ALSO AVAILABLE
What is a reformer? The reformer is the main piece of equipment
used in
Pilates exercise. The Reformer glides forward and backward on rollers and uses spring for resistance.
Private
sessions are available for $50.00 per session.
When you purchase 6
sessions your fee is reduced to $45.00 per session.
Private mat sessions
are also available in duets for $30.00 per person.
