Our program is based on recommendations by Board Certified practicing physicians specializing in Obstetrics and Sports Medicine.  The program follows the safety guidelines for exercise in pregnancy of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists.
Every participant can perform exercises at their own individual comfort and tolerance levels.
Women of varying fitness levels may exercise at any stage of pregnancy or the postpartum period.

 

Classes are designed to be enjoyable, non-vigorous exercises, intended to work muscle groups and body systems affected pregnancy.

  These classes are appropriate for all fitness levels and all stages of pregnancy.

  Classes are conducted both on land* and in our pool 2 evenings per week.  Contact us for the next enrollment date. 

Land classes combine 30 mins. of a low-impact workout together with 30 mins. of yoga & pilates.
