Spinning (Indoor Cycling)

Are you ready for the challenge?  Do you want to kick start your old
workout or try something new?  Indoor Cycling (Spin) is a high intensity
low impact workout that definitely guarantees to get your heart pumping!
Make sure you advise the instructor if you are new to spin and give it a try!

Land classes cater to beginners as well as those who are advanced.

Specialty classes include Spinning, Yoga, and Pilates.

 

Aquatic group fitness is more popular than ever!

There are classes for all fitness levels  
including the Special Population who
suffer with arthritis, injuries, and fibromyalgia.  Specialty classes include cardio, Trek H20, Yoga Beyond, and functional fitness for everyday life.
