Choose from numerous pieces of cardiovascular equipment ranging from upright & recumbent bikes, treadmills, step mills, concept 2 rowers, and stair climbers to the latest in elliptical trainers.

Our Aquatic area features 2 pools geared to aquatic group fitness
or one-on-one personal training and rehabilitation. 
 

The thermal pool used for specialty classes
remains at 92º F for the comfort of our
members with arthritis and fibromyalgia.
 

The decor throughout the Aquatic area is bright and airy. 
Filled with a Tropical flair, relaxing in one of our pools or
